I ran!!
And, I did my 2 (ish) mile block and only walked once! It's easier going clockwise because although I still have to go uphill it's a shorter hill than going the other way and it's at the beginning of the run when I'm not so knackered. I had to walk once I got to the top of the hill but only for about 2 mins, then I ran the rest.
Feeling very pleased with myself now.
No reply from the running club yet though. I expect they're trying to figure out how to tell me to bog off without seeming rude!!
